At the intersection of Hepburn and West Fourth Streets, as part of the Liberty Arena Complex, Anthony H. Visco, Jr. Architects provided a design for a small green space, beautifying the large municipal parking lot, and creating an entrance point for the indoor sports facility. The new park space houses a clock tower, park benches, and a low sweeping wall. Ample landscaping and period lighting throughout the parking area promotes the revival of Williamsport’s nearby Historical Center.
The wall recognizes the City of Williamsport and the Liberty Group, owner and operator of the Liberty Arena Complex.
