Muncy Bank and Trust Company’s newest branch bank was opened in August of 2017 in Linden, Pennsylvania as a part of a series of new and renovated branches which began several years ago. This new branch aims to provide services to commuters traveling to and from work along the busy Route 220 corridor and to serve the immediate rural community.
AHV Architects provided both design and construction observation services for the new branch. It was designed in the Colonial Revival style with many features usually found local historic homes, such as extensive brick and white trim, and the bank’s identity, a working clock tower. The site was extensively modified to accommodate parking for entering and existing the branch. Muncy Bank and Trust Company branches provide traditional banking services, including interior teller stations, offices, and drive-thru lanes.
