Anthony H. Visco Jr. Architects assist Owners of older and historic properties with condition and context assessments, historic inventories, applications for nomination to the National Register of Historic Places, historic design review, and application for historic tax credits. AHV facilitates communication between the property Owners and the review agencies to assure information is adequately conveyed during the project duration. We strive to provide the Owner with establishing a balance between stewardship and progression by establishing criteria from which our clients are able to make resource decisions.
