Main Office
Conducted renovations to the lobby area of the main office to  promote better service to patrons.

P. D. Mitchell Property
Completed extensive exterior facade renovations and added porches for residents to six townhouse buildings. AHVA also converted the previous office building to a single-story, accessible apartment unit, with the addition of a private porch and exterior renovations. Enhanced landscaping was provided throughout the site.

Roundhouse Property
Replaced shingle roof system and added new landscaping throughout the site.

William Hepburn High Rise Property
Replaced aluminum windows located in public spaces and repaired and refinished apartment balcony structures.
